Returns and Exchanges
We allow returns within seven (7) days of delivery. Original shipping fee will not be refunded. Shipping fee to return the item will be shouldered by the buyer. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and pictures of the following:
- the waybill on the outside of your envelope or box
- The invoice inside
- A picture of the products you received, should be unopened and in original condition and packaging when the item was received.
- Please note that all order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery
If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage fees incurred.
