HOW TO GET FAB

1. Look for the human icon to create an account.
2. Provide necessary details to complete registration.
3. Browse our website to check out our product/s. Alternatively, you may use the search bar to look for any products available that you wish to purchase.
4. Once you’ve found a target, click on add to cart. You can add to cart as many items as you wish.
5. When you’re ready to check out and pay, look for “view my cart”.
6. Review the items in your cart.

  • You may click on the x at the upper-right corner of the product row to remove an item in your cart.
  • You may click on the - or + buttons to add or subtract no. of items to purchase

7.Confirm Delivery and Billing address. If you want to deliver into different address click “Add a new address”. If you have any instructions, write it on the text box.
8. When you are ready to place an order, click on “Proceed to check-out”
9. Under SHIPPING, click the check box to agree on our Terms of Service.”

  • Metro Manila shipping – 5 to 7 business days
  • Provincial shipping – 7 to 14 business days

10. International shipping - 15 to 30 business days
One last time to review your items and click on “Proceed to payment”
11. Double or triple-check all the details before hitting “submit” button.
12. Under PAYMENT, select your preferred payment method. We have different options available: GCASH, PAYMAYA. Once done, a payment confirmation will pop-out and a copy will be furnished to your email.
13. Yayyy! You have successfully placed an order with us and expect delivery soon!

REGISTRATION

For you to experience the full capacity of our website and use all services and features, an account is required; hence the need to register.You are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately via our customer care email at care@forallbeauty.net. You must be 18 years of age or above to be eligible to use our website. Should you be below the minimum age limit, seek assistance from your parents or guardian within the age limit. We may change registration requirements from time to time.

ISSUES: Order, Payment, Delivery, Return, & Refund

Can I change the shipping address for my order?

Sure, we can change the shipping address for you. Just email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Do know that packing starts the soonest an order is placed, it may only take 15 minutes to start the packing process unless theres a high volume of orders. Additional fees may apply.

Unfortunately we are also unable to change your shipping address from a local PH address to an International address, or from an International address to a local PH address. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches and promotions.

Can I change the email address to my order?

Yes! Send an email to our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we can do the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we can resend your order confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. We are sorry for any inconvenience!

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or modify the order anymore. All sales are final. We are sorry for any inconvenience!

I received a package but it wasn’t my order.

Apologies for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking  HERE with your order number and pictures of the following: 
  • the waybill on the outside of your envelope or box
  • The invoice inside
  • A picture of the products you received 
  • Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery

I am missing item(s) in my order.

If you receive an incorrect order or you have missing items, we are so sorry for the mix up! Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery with your order number and pictures of the following:
  • the waybill on the outside of your envelope or box
  • The invoice inside
  • A picture of the products you received 
  • List of the items that are missing
  • Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery

I received broken item(s) in my order.

Ooops! We are very sorry for this. We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within 14 days of delivery so that we may assist you further. Do not forget to send photos of your broken item(s) with a photo of the back of the box including the bottom flap so we can see the batch code as well as the name of the affected items so we can best assist you!

Returns and Exchanges

We allow returns within seven (7) days of delivery. Original shipping fee will not be refunded. Shipping fee to return the item will be shouldered by the buyer. Please contact our Customer Care team by clicking HERE within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number and pictures of the following:

  • the waybill on the outside of your envelope or box
  • The invoice inside
  • A picture of the products you received, should be unopened and in original condition and packaging when the item was received.
  • Please note that all order issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

If you refuse the order, you will be charged for all shipping, delivery and storage fees incurred. 

I need my refund redirected to a different account.

Unfortunately, we are only able to issue a refund to the original point of purchase for the order. Please reach out to your bank for more information on how to reroute the funds to the correct account.

Discount codes: Everything you need to know

Our discount codes are available for a limited time only. Expiration dates for each code are published in the platform where it was released, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!

You cannot stack codes with other codes or combine with other offers. Double if not triple-check your order summary to make sure you snag the best deal from us.

When will my order ship?

We start processing orders within 15 minutes from it was placed unless there’s a high volume of orders. Delivery varies to where you are, check below:

  • Metro Manila shipping – 5 to 7 business days
  • Provincial shipping – 7 to 14 business days
  • International shipping - 15 to 30 business days

Is For All Beauty Cruelty-free and Vegan?

We are fur parents and proud to have products in the market that are vegan and cruelty-free! None of our suppliers test on animals. Our products are designed, developed, and manufactured without any testing or experimentation of the products or their ingredients on any animals. 

Why is the color of the product I received different from the photos?

We give our best effort to provide you with accurate visual materials you can use as reference for the colors of our products. However, monitor displays vary and may not show the colors as accurate as we see it on ours. Rest assured that the color difference is nothing extreme. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

You can check the shelf life of all products on the packaging and/or on the box, just look for this icon:

How can i unsubscribe from your email/newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by looking for and clicking on the unsubscribe button which you can find in all emails we send to your mail. This will remove you from our mailing list! Should you change your mind later, feel free to subscribe again via our website or contacting our Customer Care Team.
